1. General Terms

2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, fk444 reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit all balances.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide true and accurate information during registration. Providing incorrect or false information is prohibited. If any information needs to be updated, please notify our support team.
2.4 Account Verification
For security and fraud prevention, fk444 may at any time request verification of your identity, age, or payment method. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) safe and do not share them with anyone.
- Use a strong password consisting of a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.
- The account must only be used by the registered individual — allowing third parties to use it is prohibited.
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If any loss occurs due to unauthorized access and you have not followed the security guidelines, fk444 will not be liable for that loss.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at fk444 is ৳500. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
Deposit processing is generally instant. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact our support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal request processing time is generally between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- If fraud is suspected, fk444 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request.
4.3 Currency & Fees
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). fk444 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on its own; however, the payment provider may apply their own fees — please refer to the relevant service's terms and conditions for details.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at fk444 will receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- ৳18,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If the requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Certain game restrictions may apply when using a bonus.
- Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
- fk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
fk444's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
6. Gaming Rules
Each game on fk444 has its own rules. Players are encouraged to read the relevant game rules before starting to play.
6.1 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error or disconnection during gameplay, the software provider's server logs will be considered final in determining the outcome. Abnormal wins resulting from a technical error may be deemed void.
6.2 Game Provider Terms
Our platform features games from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These providers have their own terms and fair play rules, which also apply on our platform.
6.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows wagering on various sporting events. There is an opportunity to participate in different markets across popular sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk444 platform:

- Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other players.

Participation in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. fk444 also reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 fk444's Rights
fk444 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Refusal to cooperate with account verification.
- Extended inactivity (after a specified period).
8.2 Account Closure at Player's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team via email or live chat. Arrange to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
